Mad props for her listening skills. I came in already versed in what I wanted and she delivered. It was not your typical car dealership stereotype. It was an epic experience. Red carpet style. But like all dealers the time from when we agreed with a hand shake to finalization of paperwork was longer than I expected. The overall experience was great and it started with Sarah.
